Sevilla continues to make waves in the football world as they continue to sign new players. The Spanish club has recently announced that forward Lucas Ocampos will be joining them from River Plate, while defender Jules Kounde has also signed for the team.

The signing of Ocampos is particularly exciting as he is expected to bring some much-needed pace and creativity to Sevilla's attack. He was one of River Plate's best performers last season, scoring 11 goals and providing six assists in 37 matches.

Meanwhile, Kounde is a highly-rated French centre-back who has been linked with several clubs in recent years. His arrival at Sevilla could help strengthen their defence and provide cover for captain Joseba Bares, who is currently out injured.

Both signings come after Sevilla announced earlier this month that they had reached an agreement on a contract extension for forward Joao Pedro. The 25-year-old has been a key player for the club in recent seasons, scoring 48 goals in 97 appearances for them.

With these latest signings, Sevilla looks set to continue its impressive form this season. The club has already won two games in the opening week of the season and is looking to build on its strong start to the campaign. With the likes of Ocampos and Kounde now added to their ranks, there is every reason to believe that Sevilla will continue to dominate La Liga this season.
